An AI Automation Engineer is required to join a newly established team within a large, regulated organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This is a hands-on development role focused on designing and delivering automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll use Power Platform, Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot to streamline business processes, improve efficiency and introduce new AI-enabled ways of working.
Working closely with process owners, technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll identify automation opportunities and turn them into secure, scalable and supportable solutions. You’ll also contribute to development standards, governance and the wider adoption of Power Platform and Copilot across the organisation.

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with experience in:
- Developing automation solutions within Microsoft 365 using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop
- Building Copilot Agents and ideally working with Copilot Studio
- Strong Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
- Designing workflows, applications and integrations that solve real business problems
- Integrating Power Platform with APIs and enterprise business systems
- Security and governance principles, including DLP, RBAC and identity management
- CI/CD, testing, documentation and structured release practices
- Troubleshooting complex automation and integration issues
- Working directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

They are offering a salary of £45,000–£55,000 plus great benefits, as well as, hybrid working, with 1 - 2 days a week onsite in their office in Worthing, West Sussex and occasional travel between nearby offices.
