We are looking for an AI & RPA Solution Architect to provide technical leadership across automation, AI, process intelligence, and orchestration initiatives.

The role will be responsible for solution architecture, technical governance, platform strategy, innovation, and engineering excellence within the Automation CoE.
Key responsibilities
- Define solution architectures for automation, AI, process intelligence, and orchestration using Automation Anywhere, with awareness of other platforms for support and migration scenarios.
- Lead technical discovery workshops to assess business and technology requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and supportable automation architectures aligned to enterprise standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities that deliver value.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical governance and architecture assurance across projects.
- Support complex integrations with enterprise platforms, applications, and data sources.
- Maintain technology roadmaps and architecture standards for automation and AI platforms.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, pilots, and innovation initiatives through to production readiness.
- Mentor developers on solution design and engineering best practice.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and enterprise-architecture teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, scalability, and resilience.
