We're looking for an AI Automation Product Coordinator to support the development of AI-enabled products across InHealth – helping us create smarter, simpler experiences for our patients, customers and colleagues.

You'll work across digital journeys, patient communications, contact centre interactions and self-service tools, connecting business needs with technical delivery and helping turn great ideas into practical AI solutions.

It's an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious about AI, passionate about technology and keen to develop their career in digital product management.

What you will do

You'll:

  • Help turn product ideas and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support the development and delivery of customer-facing AI products and features
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external AI suppliers
  • Gather user feedback and use product data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support testing, review AI outputs and help manage controlled feature rollouts
  • Track delivery progress, risks and key product metrics
  • Keep an eye on emerging AI trends and how they could improve our services
  • Help ensure AI solutions are useful, responsible and focused on genuine user needs

About you

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
