The Role
You'll help apprentices solve real business problems using AI and automation. Working 1-to-1 and in small groups, you'll coach learners to build practical skills they can apply straight back into their jobs, while also working with employers to understand the problems apprentices are solving day to day.
It's a varied role — coaching, delivering tutorials, developing materials, and talking to employers. You'll report to a director and after training be expected to manage your own time and workloads. We're looking for a proactive person who wants to help shape a first-rate offer, with the autonomy to make decisions and take responsibility.
We welcome applications for full-time, flexible, or part-time working.
About You
You'll have:
- A good STEM degree (Computer Science, Maths, or similar)
- An MSc in AI or Computer Science with AI
- At least a year's industry experience (an industrial placement counts)
- A genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and in helping others learn
- Hands-on expertise with AI tools such as Copilot, Azure AI, Claude, AWS, and Google
- Hands-on expertise with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Claude Code
- Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and solution development
- Great people skills and a genuine interest in supporting people to solve their business problems

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
