AI Automation Trainer / Coach – Fully Remote
Are you passionate about AI, automation and helping others develop the skills needed to transform the way businesses operate?
We're looking for an AI Automation Coach / Trainer to train apprentices enrolled on AI Automation programmes, equipping them with the practical knowledge, digital confidence and automation skills required to improve business processes and drive efficiency in today's workplace.
This role blends structured training delivery with developmental coaching, ensuring learners not only understand automation concepts but can confidently apply AI-powered solutions within real-world business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions across AI Automation, Workflow Automation and Digital Transformation topics.
- Facilitate practical workshops demonstrating AI-powered workflows, process optimisation and automation tools.
- Train learners to identify automation opportunities and apply solutions within real workplace contexts.
- Develop learner capability in workflow design, process improvement and AI-assisted business transformation.
- Support learners in understanding how AI and automation can increase productivity and streamline operations.
- Provide structured feedback on learner progress and portfolio work.
- Deliver 1:1 developmental support to reinforce learning and build confidence.
- Use real-world industry examples to contextualise training.
- Inspire, motivate and empower apprentices as they progress into specialist AI and Automation roles.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in AI Automation, Workflow Automation, Process Improvement or Digital Transformation.
- Practical experience with tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent AI and automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of No-Code / Low-Code automation technologies.
- Experience creating AI Agents, assistants or AI-powered automation workflows within business environments.
- Understanding of how AI and automation can be used to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Previous experience in Training, Teaching, Tutoring or Coaching (Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher / Coach / Mentor).

This is a fully remote working role, and salary is £60,000 - £70,000
