AI & Automation Trainer / Facilitator
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel

The Opportunity
We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, Ofsted-rated 'Good' national training provider that is leading the way in AI, digital and workforce transformation programmes.
As demand for AI capability continues to grow across UK businesses, our client is expanding its delivery team and is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Trainer / Facilitator to support learners and employers in developing the practical skills required to leverage AI effectively within the workplace.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing provider at the forefront of AI education, helping professionals and organisations embrace emerging technologies, improve productivity, and drive innovation.
The Role
As an AI & Automation Trainer / Facilitator, you will deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences across a portfolio of AI and automation programmes ranging from Level 4 through to Level 6.
Working with apprentices, managers and senior leaders, you will facilitate workshops, webinars and learning sessions that bridge the gap between AI theory and practical workplace application.
Programmes currently include:
- AI & Automation Practitioner
- AI for Team Leaders
- AI for Operations Managers
- AI for Senior Leaders
- AI Strategy & Opportunity
- AI Adoption & Governance
- AI Delivery & Transformation Practitioner

You'll play a key role in supporting learners throughout their programme journey, ensuring they develop the confidence, knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully implement AI within their organisations.
Alongside delivery, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning content, contribute to curriculum development and ensure programmes remain aligned to employer and industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face learning sessions, workshops and webinars.
- Facilitate learning across AI, automation and digital transformation programmes.
- Inspire and motivate learners through outstanding training delivery.
- Adapt delivery styles to suit varying levels of experience and learning preferences.
- Support learner progress, engagement and achievement.
- Develop and enhance training materials, resources and workshop content.
- Integrate emerging AI technologies and digital tools into delivery.
- Build strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure programmes remain commercially relevant and aligned to workforce needs.
- Contribute to curriculum innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and learner satisfaction.
About You
Essential
- Experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation or learning programmes.
- Strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Technologies.
- Recognised qualification in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Digital Transformation or a related discipline (Level 4+).
- Experience applying AI tools within a business, learning or transformation environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and AI-enabled workplace tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Experience delivering leadership, management or professional development programmes.
- Knowledge of AI implementation, governance and organisational adoption strategies.
- Experience within apprenticeships, vocational learning or workforce development.
- Experience creating digital learning content and resources.

Desirable
- Teaching, training or coaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
- Recognised Assessors Award such as CAVA, TAQA or A1
