AI Business Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through the practical application of artificial intelligence. What you bring:
To excel as an AI Business Analyst, you will bring a blend of analytical acumen and interpersonal sensitivity—enabling you to connect deeply with colleagues while navigating complex organizational landscapes. Your background may include roles in business analysis or digital transformation where you have successfully mapped out processes and driven measurable improvements. You are adept at translating user needs into clear opportunity statements backed by evidence-based prioritization. Experience working within regulated environments (such as legal or financial services) would be advantageous but not essential; what matters most is your commitment to supporting others through change using empathy, patience, clarity, and your passion for helping teams thrive together.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis or process improvement roles where you have mapped workflows and identified practical interventions for change.
- Proven ability to engage constructively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering techniques including task decomposition, context supply strategies, output specification design, and evaluation of prompt effectiveness.
- Experience identifying where AI tools or automation can enhance business outcomes without requiring deep technical development skills such as machine learning model building.
- Awareness of responsible AI considerations such as confidentiality risks, hallucination mitigation strategies, bias detection methods, provenance tracking mechanisms, data quality assurance practices, security protocols, and human review requirements.
- Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives with business users—including planning adoption activities; producing quick-start guides; gathering feedback; iterating on solutions; and driving continuous improvement cycles.
