Senior Transformation / AI Change Manager
Central London | Hybrid - 3 days in office | £85k - £90k+ depending on experience
We are working with a global commodities business that is looking for a Senior Transformation / AI Change Manager to join the team and lead a major new AI-focused transformation programme.
The business is coming to the end of a significant global transformation project and is now moving into its next phase, with AI and technology transformation at the centre of the agenda.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands how to turn AI opportunities into practical business change, alongside experience delivering global transformation programmes.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in identifying where AI can genuinely improve the way the business operates, working closely with teams across the organisation to develop, implement and embed new solutions.

You’ll be part of the business's existing AI community and will work with change champions across different global teams to understand their requirements, identify opportunities and support adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support AI transformation initiatives across the business
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, efficiency and ways of working
- Work closely with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop practical AI use cases
- Research and assess AI tools and technologies that could benefit different functions
- Support the implementation and adoption of new AI solutions
- Act as a change champion, helping teams understand how AI can enhance rather than replace existing ways of working
- Develop and support training, communication and stakeholder engagement around AI adoption
- Work with the existing global AI community and change champions
- Help shape the organisation's wider approach to AI and technology transformation
- Become involved in further technology and transformation projects as the programme develops

About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have either:
- Hands-on AI implementation / transformation experience, with a track record of taking AI solutions from concept through to implementation and adoption; or
- A strong background in global change and transformation, ideally having delivered complex programmes across multiple countries or functions
You'll need to be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, understanding different business requirements and translating emerging technology into practical solutions. Experience within a complex global business would be beneficial.
