Business Manager – AI Engagement, Technology Innovation | London
We’re supporting a leading global investment bank with the appointment of a Business Manager – Engagement within its Technology Innovation function. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strong business manager, programme coordinator or technology engagement professional to work closely with senior Technology and business stakeholders, helping shape how innovation is communicated, understood and adopted across the organisation.
Location: London, 4 days in office
Salary: up to £85,000
The Role
The successful candidate will support the Technology Innovation leadership team across business management, stakeholder engagement, communications and programme coordination.
You’ll play a key role in increasing awareness of technology innovation initiatives and translating complex technology concepts into clear, compelling business narratives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide business management support to the Technology Innovation function
- Coordinate innovation-related events, town halls, speaker sessions and leadership engagements
- Develop executive briefing packs, portfolio materials and innovation case studies
- Create business-focused narratives around AI, automation and emerging technology
- Build strong relationships across Technology and business functions
- Prepare reporting and management information for senior leadership
- Produce innovation updates, newsletters and awareness communications
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible business messaging
- Support strategic planning, prioritisation and execution of innovation initiatives
- Coordinate multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in professionals with 3–5 years’ experience in business management, programme coordination, technology engagement or a similar role within a large organisation.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong project and programme management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across Technology and business teams
- An understanding of technology operations within a banking environment
- The ability to turn complex information into clear, structured stories
- Experience with employee engagement, culture or internal communications is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach
