About DASH
In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste, and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries.
DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, and M&S.
We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.
We need to build a business that can keep pace with our stellar growth, and we're looking for someone to help us do it. This is a brand new role at DASH, which means you won't be stepping into someone else's shoes. You'll be making them. You'll join us to make sure our systems, processes, and ways of working are fit for purpose at every stage as we scale.
You'll do this by mapping and redesigning our core cross-functional processes, owning the view of DASH's business systems and where they don't join up, and turning our AI foundations into embedded day-to-day practice across teams. You'll also be the single named owner for strategic projects that cross departmental lines, so you'll see your impact right across the business.
Reporting to our Operations Director, this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at launch. Your success will come from bringing in the right specialists from each team and rallying them around a shared goal. It's a rare chance to shape a role from day one and leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Process & System Improvement
- Map and redesign DASH’s core cross-functional processes
- Identify where manual or duplicated work can be removed by redesigning the process around what AI and better systems can now do.
- Own the system architecture and roadmap to support our growth
- Recommend the right fix for each gap — process change, automation, or a new tool — and build the business case for it.
AI Implementation
- Turn DASH’s existing AI foundations (policy, training, tool access) into embedded, owned practice across teams — skills, automations, and scheduled workflows built with each team, not just centrally.
- Be the subject matter expert for AI in the business
- Measure adoption and impact of AI tools.
- Design and embed enhanced ways of working for an AI-forward business, extending safe AI use across the business on top of the policy and training foundations already in place.
Cross-functional Project Management
- Act as the named owner for strategic projects that don’t sit cleanly inside one department, bringing in the right specialists rather than trying to be the expert in every area.
Other Assignments
- Support ad hoc cross-functional projects and process reviews as directed by the Operations Director.
- Responsibility for assigned B Corp questions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the SLT.
What we are looking for:
- Experience redesigning or owning cross-functional processes in a scaling business, ideally FMCG or another fast-moving consumer-facing company.
- A track record of turning messy, cross-departmental problems into clear process ownership and measurable improvement, without direct authority over the teams involved.
- Practical, hands-on experience embedding AI tools and workflows into a business — not just policy or training, but adoption that sticks and is measured.
- Comfortable assessing a systems landscape and recommending a fix, an automation, or a tool.
- Confident running strategic cross-functional projects as an individual contributor, bringing in the right specialists rather than acting as the expert in every area.
- A pragmatic, hands-on mindset — this is an integrator role building capability and momentum, not a management layer.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Evidence of a strong interest in AI and technology at a professional level.
- Commercially astute in order to build the business case for projects.
