AI Business Partner
📍 Bradford (Hybrid - 2 Days Per Week Onsite)
💰 £60,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a well-established UK organisation to appoint an AI Business Partner, a newly created role focused on helping the business unlock the value of Artificial Intelligence across multiple functions and operating areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Rather than building AI models from scratch, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams understand where AI can deliver genuine value, supporting implementation initiatives, and ensuring solutions are adopted effectively across the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the IT leadership team, you'll become the organisation's AI champion and subject matter expert, working collaboratively with leaders across a variety of departments to identify, prioritise, and deliver AI-driven initiatives.
You'll play a key role in translating business challenges into practical AI solutions, managing an opportunity pipeline, driving adoption, and ensuring the organisation realises tangible benefits from its investment in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify and assess AI opportunities
- Translate business requirements and challenges into practical AI use cases
- Build and maintain a roadmap of AI initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams exploring AI opportunities
- Promote AI best practice, governance, and responsible usage across the organisation
- Work with technical and business teams to evaluate AI products, platforms, and vendors
- Measure, track, and communicate the value delivered by AI initiatives
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Ensure AI solutions align with organisational goals, security standards, and data protection requirements
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or business improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner
- Experience working across multiple business functions and influencing senior stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value
- Understanding of AI governance, risk, security, and data protection considerations
- Experience supporting change, adoption, and process improvement programmes
- A passion for emerging technologies and the practical application of AI within a business environment
- A proactive and consultative approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate
