About the Role

As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist (Retail), you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation for some of our most strategic customers. You bring extensive experience in managing complex, high-value relationships and have a proven track record of leading large-scale, transformational sales engagements. With a strong background in navigating senior stakeholder environments across both business and IT, you also bring well-established networks with a familiarity in selling AI, Automation, CRM, ERP, and Low Code solutions. You excel at orchestrating across internal teams and partners to provide & create compelling and differentiated solutions that deliver lasting value for customers. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 25% from home, with the remainder of time being customer facing or at a Microsoft location.

Responsibilities

  • Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within the target customers
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution
  • Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Business Applications solution expert
  • Collaborate with and energize internal and external partners to accelerate deal cycles and deliver beyond customer expectations at all times
  • Prioritize driving AI Transformation to maximize client value and differentiate solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning
  • Manage long-term contract renewals with existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and successes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
  • Proven solution or services sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of, or experience selling to, the retail industry
  • Understanding of CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce and how they translate into business impact and value
  • Keen and up-to-date understanding of how AI can enhance customer value and enable business transformation in the above areas

Compensation

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £95,300.00 - £136,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
