This is an opportunity for someone who is intellectually curious, technically strong, and commercially minded, with the ability to understand complex technology and translate business and customer needs into meaningful product outcomes. We are open to candidates with 1–3 years of experience, while also considering more experienced professionals who demonstrate exceptional potential and fit.

About the Company

We are an established, market-leading technology company providing mission-critical software solutions to leading organizations operating in complex and highly regulated industries. The role offers significant exposure to product development, customers, engineering teams, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Engineering – ~50%

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Technical Leads to understand and translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Support product planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, delivery, and product validation.
  • Analyse complex business and technical problems and help develop practical, scalable product solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
  • Support the definition of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Participate in product discussions, reviews, and solution validation.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and quickly establish credibility and rapport.
  • Ask intelligent, structured questions to uncover underlying customer problems and opportunities.
  • Present product concepts, solutions, and ideas clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales and other commercial teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to product strategy, plans, and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product and business requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
