AI Capability & Learning Consultant (6 month FTC Contract)

Ready to take your career global?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how people work, create, and solve problems. At Global Payments, we're focused on equipping our people with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to embrace that change responsibly and effectively.

This is an opportunity to join a global team shaping how AI capability develops across our business. You'll work with leaders, technology teams, product teams, and business functions around the world to create learning experiences that drive adoption, unlock productivity, and prepare our workforce for the future.

In this role, you'll drive the growth of AI capability across Global Payments, influence how colleagues adopt tools like Microsoft Copilot, and create learning experiences that turn potential into measurable business impact. You'll own initiatives that strengthen confidence, accelerate responsible AI adoption, and help shape the future of commerce through innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

What you'll own

  • Drive enterprise-wide AI capability growth by identifying workforce skill gaps, defining learning priorities, and creating solutions that align with business goals and future workforce needs.
  • Shape the adoption of AI across Global Payments by designing practical learning experiences that enable colleagues to apply approved AI tools in meaningful, everyday ways.
  • Create learning pathways that deliver measurable outcomes for colleagues, people leaders, senior leaders, engineering teams, product teams, and other critical talent groups.
  • Build a culture of responsible AI use by embedding safe, ethical, and approved practices into learning experiences, resources, and capability programs.
  • Influence business performance through AI adoption by partnering with teams to identify, pilot, and scale use cases that improve productivity, effectiveness, and colleague experience.
  • Develop engaging resources and communities that accelerate learning, including toolkits, use case libraries, champion networks, communications, and peer learning experiences.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve impact by measuring capability growth, confidence, tool adoption, behavior change, and business outcomes.
  • Keep Global Payments future-ready by monitoring emerging AI trends, technologies, and skill requirements and translating them into scalable capability strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
