AI Centre of Excellence Lead
Most organisations are still defining their AI strategy or running isolated pilots. This role sits at the point where strategy gives way to execution.
The focus is on establishing an AI Centre of Excellence, creating the governance framework, identifying and prioritising use cases, and building a structured approach to AI adoption within a regulated financial services environment.
This is not a role for a deep technical AI specialist. It's suited to someone who understands how AI can be applied in practice, can influence senior stakeholders, and can turn ambition into measurable business outcomes.
What differentiates this opportunity is its scope. The successful individual will help shape the end-to-end AI journey, from governance and operating model design through to implementation, adoption and value realisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
