PE Global is currently recruiting for a Global Change & Adoption Manager on behalf of a leading global organisation, supporting the international rollout of an AI-powered recruitment technology platform.

The platform will enhance candidate screening and talent rediscovery, helping recruitment teams work more effectively through the responsible use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the global change management, communications and adoption plan, aligning activities with project milestones and wider business initiatives.

  • Engage stakeholders and end-users across the global organisation to build support, encourage participation and coordinate change implementation.
  • Mobilise and manage a global change champion network, equipping local champions to support readiness, consistent implementation and long-term adoption.
  • Adapt existing communications, training materials and engagement resources for the global rollout, developing additional content where required.
  • Support employee representative and Works Council engagement and consultation activities, coordinating materials, Q&A and follow-up actions with Employee Relations, Legal and relevant stakeholders.

  • Plan and facilitate awareness sessions, regional and country engagement activities, go-live communications and post-launch support.
  • Lead change management and communications activities during the hypercare period, helping users resolve challenges and embed new ways of working.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators and user feedback to identify areas requiring additional support or reinforcement.
  • Work with leaders and change champions to address adoption challenges, capture lessons learned and ensure a structured handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
