This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Change Lead based in United Kingdom.
This is a remote opportunity to play a central role in a major global AI transformation and adoption programme.
You will shape and deliver the change strategy that enables employees and leaders to embrace AI effectively.
The role combines organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and programme governance.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Technology, Learning, Communications and business functions.
You will help translate AI transformation ambitions into clear adoption plans, compelling communications and practical employee experiences.
The position also offers the opportunity to build AI communities and lead high-impact engagement initiatives at scale.
It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced change professional looking to make a visible impact in an evolving AI-driven environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and integrated employee adoption plan.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, building strong relationships with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate communications plans, including messaging, FAQs, engagement materials and adoption content.
- Coordinate AI governance forums, including leadership meetings, decision logs, action tracking and follow-up activities.
- Support the rollout of AI learning pathways and initiatives designed to build employee confidence, capability and adoption.
- Lead the planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with programme objectives.
- Establish and manage an AI Champions Community to strengthen advocacy, engagement and adoption across the organisation.
- Monitor programme risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Provide regular reporting on programme progress, adoption levels, stakeholder engagement and key outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Learning, Communications, Technology and business teams to ensure an integrated approach to AI transformation.

Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or in a comparable organisational change role.
- Strong experience in organisational change, digital transformation, technology adoption or AI adoption programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and communications campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong programme governance experience, including risk, issue, dependency and decision management.
- Experience designing or supporting learning, training and employee adoption programmes.
- Experience managing communities, champion networks or large-scale employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Previous experience with AI transformation, digital transformation or within a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment would be an advantage.
- A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to translate complex transformation objectives into clear and engaging employee experiences.
