We are looking for an experienced AI Change Lead to lead the adoption of AI technologies across a large, complex global organisation.
This is not simply an AI training role. We are looking for someone who has personally led large-scale change or transformation programmes, can influence senior stakeholders, and understands how to drive genuine behavioural change and adoption across an enterprise.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing the change strategy around the adoption of AI and Generative AI, helping leaders and employees understand, embrace, and embed new AI-enabled ways of working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the change management strategy for enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Design and deliver AI adoption and fluency programmes for senior leaders, managers, and wider employee populations.
- Coach senior leaders on leading teams through AI-driven changes to ways of working.
- Build and activate AI champion networks and communities of practice.
- Develop learning interventions, workshops, and engagement programmes to accelerate adoption.
- Translate complex AI concepts into compelling, accessible communications and narratives.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and responsible AI adoption.
- Identify and promote successful AI use cases to build engagement and momentum.
- Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and behavioural indicators to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Use employee feedback and adoption data to continually refine the change approach.
- Partner with Technology, Learning, Communications, and business teams to embed AI across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
