Inside IR35

The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Change Lead to support a major enterprise-wide AI transformation programme within a large, complex global organisation.

This is a highly visible change role focused on accelerating the adoption of AI technologies across the business. You will be responsible for helping employees and leaders understand, adopt and confidently use AI tools, embedding new behaviours and ways of working across the organisation.

Working across technology, learning, communications and business leadership teams, you will develop and deliver change initiatives that build AI fluency, increase adoption and ensure employees are equipped to take advantage of emerging AI capabilities.

The role requires someone who combines strong change management expertise with a practical understanding of Generative AI and, importantly, can translate complex technology into engaging, accessible programmes that drive genuine behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies supporting the adoption of AI technologies across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver AI fluency and adoption programmes for different audiences, including senior leaders, managers and wider employee populations.
  • Develop clear KPIs and success measures to track AI adoption, engagement and behavioural change.
  • Create change and learning interventions that help leaders prepare their teams for continually evolving AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Partner with technology, digital, learning, communications and business teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of AI tools.
  • Coach and influence senior leaders, helping them role-model effective AI behaviours and lead their teams confidently through change.
  • Establish and activate communities of practice, including AI champion and ambassador networks, to accelerate adoption across the organisation.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into simple, engaging narratives through storytelling, internal campaigns, workshops and engagement events.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, curiosity and responsible use of AI.
  • Identify, curate and communicate successful AI use cases and employee success stories to demonstrate value and build momentum.
  • Monitor adoption data, employee feedback and behavioural indicators to understand where adoption is succeeding or encountering resistance.
  • Use insight and feedback to continually refine change interventions and improve adoption.
  • Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously within a fast-moving and evolving transformation environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
