Who we are
At Supermodular AI, we help enterprises navigate AI Transformation. We believe in strategy through execution.
Most organizations understand the potential of AI, but struggle to translate that ambition into real operational change. The challenge is rarely the technology itself. It is how AI fits into complex systems, workflows, and engineering organizations that have evolved over years. We believe AI transformation cannot be designed purely in strategy documents. The real strategy only emerges by building, deploying, and operating AI systems inside the organization.
That's why we work directly with enterprise IT and software teams to design and implement AI systems in real environments. This includes enabling engineering organizations to work in fundamentally new ways by introducing AI-native development practices, frameworks, and technical assets that change how teams build and operate software. It also includes building custom AI systems that unblock difficult modernization or harmonization efforts where traditional approaches have stalled.
Our team has a strong track record of building high-impact AI systems and scaling engineering teams inside complex enterprises. If you enjoy solving hard enterprise problems and turning ambitious ideas into systems that actually run in production, you'll feel at home at Supermodular AI.
Your role
As an AI Client Executive at supermodular.ai, you will own the development of strategic enterprise relationships and turn complex AI transformation opportunities into meaningful, long-term engagements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will work directly with senior technology and business leaders to understand where AI can create material impact in their organizations. This means going beyond selling predefined services. You will need to understand how an organization operates, identify the problems worth solving, and work with our technical team to turn those problems into engagements we can execute.
You will own the commercial relationship from the first conversation through closing and account expansion. You will create new opportunities, lead executive conversations, navigate complex buying organizations, and build the commercial case for working together.
Many of the opportunities you pursue will not be clearly defined at the start. Customers may know they need to transform with AI without knowing where to begin, what to build, or how to operationalize it. Your role is to bring structure to that ambiguity, identify where we can create meaningful value, and build the relationships and momentum required to turn that opportunity into action.
What you own
- Build your own pipeline through direct outreach, your network, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Develop relationships with technology partners and turn them into joint opportunities and introductions.
- Open and develop relationships with senior technology and business leaders at target accounts.
- Lead discovery to understand priorities, uncover meaningful problems and qualify opportunities.
- Turn early conversations into clear opportunities with defined value, stakeholders and a path forward.
- Work with our technical team to shape the right engagement for the client.
- Own the commercial process from proposal through negotiation and close.
- Navigate stakeholders, procurement and other enterprise buying processes to maintain momentum.
- Grow initial engagements into larger, long-term client relationships.
- Own revenue across both new and existing clients.
