We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production.

- Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their AI priorities, and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value, customer confidence, and production adoption and identify next-best technical actions and new AI use cases from customer engagements, helping customers expand successful solutions and accelerate adoption.
- Lead technical engagements across architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones to accelerate adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, LLMs GitHub, app platforms, RAG, integration services, and supporting data services, while maintaining deep technical expertise and contributing to internal and external technical communities.
- Drive next best actions and generate incremental pipeline from each engagement
- Use and contribute to repeatable IP development
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, platform readiness feedback, and preview limitations with engineering teams to accelerate resolution and improve product features.
- Support customer and partner skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and architecture reviews
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to customer needs, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND strong experience in AI, GitHub, AI Governance, AI Agent development, agents, LLMs or related technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support/architecture
- OR equivalent experience
- Proven and demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role
- Experience developing and reusing technical IP, reference architectures, solution patterns and engineering assets to improve quality and accelerate delivery.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 61,900.00 - £ 105,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
