What We’re Looking For

You will need:

• SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC clearance
• 5–8 years' experience in cloud or solution architecture
• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise technology environments
• Proven experience integrating solutions into an existing enterprise platform or technology estate
• Experience taking architectural designs through to production rather than working solely on proof-of-concepts or prototypes
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud architecture, integration and technical design
• Experience working across multiple technical teams and architectural domains
• Experience with identity, security, data and governance considerations within Azure environments
• Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Purview, or equivalent enterprise technologies
• Experience working with AI, data or machine learning platforms would be advantageous
• Experience collaborating with other architects and technical leads to establish and maintain a coherent target architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex architectural decisions clearly and influence technical direction
• Ability to balance strategic architectural considerations with practical delivery requirements

What Happens Next?

Once you’ve applied, our in-house Talent team will review your application and, if it looks like there could be a good fit, they’ll be in touch.

For most of our roles, there are two interview stages: one focused on your technical expertise, and another focused on how you communicate and approach your work. We’re big believers that both are equally important!

For some roles, there may also be a final conversation with one of our Senior Leadership Team - Seb, James, Sanah or Mark.
