AI Commercial Operations Program Manager
London | Hybrid | £50 per hour PAYE | ASAP start
A leading enterprise software company is looking for an experienced program manager to support the launch and commercialization of its AI products.
You’ll coordinate teams across Pricing, Finance, Systems, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market, keeping launch requirements, actions, and timelines on track. You’ll also analyse product usage and consumption data to help shape commercial recommendations.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate launch meetings, actions, and timelines across multiple teams.
- Track commercial requirements and readiness at each launch stage.
- Spot risks and bottlenecks early, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Maintain and improve launch documentation and trackers.
- Analyse product usage and consumption trends, turning data into clear insights.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Build relationships and align stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in program management, commercial operations, or product operations within enterprise SaaS.
- Experience coordinating complex programs across multiple teams.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, including managing complex trackers.
- Confidence turning operational details and data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, or go-to-market discussions.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and following through to resolution.
- Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Python would be beneficial.
