AI Commercial Product Manager

Location: London, hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

Your Role:

The AI Product Manager is responsible for researching, validating, and supporting the launch of new AI learning product opportunities across QA, with particular focus on commercial performance. This is a matrix role which requires very close collaborative working with Portfolio Directors and Curriculum Managers, who hold primary ownership of product strategy and development in each portfolio.

Through market intelligence, customer insight, competitor analysis, and product discovery, the role identifies commercially viable opportunities and translates them into well-defined product propositions ready for development and launch.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Vendor Partners, and Subject Matter Experts, the AI Product Manager acts as the bridge between market demand, product development, and Go To Market teams, helping to bring scalable, outcome-focused AI learning solutions to market while continuously monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

As the AI Product Manager you will:

  • Identify new and changing AI learning opportunities across technologies, roles, industries, and business functions.
  • Understand customer buying trends and future skills requirements.
  • Analyse competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and product strategies.
  • Evaluate the commercial feasibility of new AI programmes across QA learning, apprenticeships and digital modalities before investment, with particular focus on cross-cutting and multi-portfolio opportunities.
  • Support development of partnerships with new AI vendors.
  • Ensure the portfolio remains aligned to industry trends and emerging customer demand.
  • Continuously monitor the AI market for new technologies, platforms, and industry developments.
  • Track market adoption of emerging AI technologies including foundation models, AI engineering frameworks, agentic AI, multimodal AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Produce regular market intelligence reports to influence portfolio direction.
  • Create compelling propositions, with clearly defined audiences and channels, working closely with Sales and Marketing to land successfully with clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
