A Snapshot of Your Day
Join the AIX Digital Business Innovation team as an AI Consultant, where you will be at the cutting edge of applied AI execution across GS Distributed business domains. Each day, you will engage directly with domain AI Leads and business stakeholders in areas like Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Field Service, Finance, and Procurement, transforming real-world challenges into effective AI solutions. You will rapidly prototype, build, and deploy AI-driven applications using modern tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, and low-/no-code platforms. Your role is pivotal in developing proof-of-concept solutions, enabling citizen developers, and advancing use cases toward scaled deployment, ultimately turning AI potential into impactful business outcomes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Execute end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, collaborating closely with domain AI Leads and business stakeholders from initial scoping to deployment and adoption.
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions using modern tooling, including VS Code, Copilot, and low-/no-code platforms, focusing on rapid value delivery.
- Enable citizen development by designing and delivering “vibe coding" solutions, empowering business users to effectively adopt AI tools.
- Translate business requirements and workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with technical teams for deeper engineering support when necessary.
- Identify and surface reusable patterns and best practices across projects, contributing to the broader AIX AI roadmap and scaling efforts.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Practical experience in prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, or rapid application prototyping.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective digital or AI solutions, emphasizing execution and delivery.
- Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple business domains, including Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
