Lead the Next Generation of AI-Enabled Finance Transformation
We're looking for an exceptional consulting leader who combines deep Finance Transformation expertise with a strong understanding of how AI, automation and emerging agentic technologies are reshaping the finance function.
This is not a traditional Finance Transformation Programme Director role. Instead, you'll sit at the intersection of consulting, solutioning, business development and delivery, helping major organisations identify, design and implement AI-driven transformation at scale.
Joining a rapidly expanding Digital Transformation and AI Consulting practice, you will work with senior client stakeholders across industries, helping organisations reimagine finance operations through technology-led innovation.
The Opportunity
As the AI Consulting / Solutioning Lead – Finance Transformation, you will play a critical role in developing and taking AI-enabled finance transformation solutions to market, shaping client strategies and leading complex engagements from initial diagnosis through to successful implementation.
This role requires someone who can credibly engage CFOs and senior executives, identify transformational opportunities, shape innovative solutions and oversee successful delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
