A leading global AI and data consultancy in the City of London is seeking an AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead to drive growth in the insurance market.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone with strong insurance experience and a track record of advising clients on AI, GenAI, data, digital, and technology transformation.
You will work with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand industry challenges and identify opportunities where AI, GenAI, data and automation can improve decision-making, operational performance and business outcomes.
The role will focus on identifying, shaping and progressing complex consulting and technology opportunities, leading multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, data and AI, and taking solutions from initial discovery through to commercial closure.

You will play a key role in developing the pipeline, winning new business and growing client relationships across the insurance market.
The role offers a base salary of circa £120,000 plus bonus.
Key experience:
- Strong experience working with insurance clients and a good understanding of the insurance market
- Experience advising clients on AI, GenAI, data, digital or technology transformation
- Established credibility engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify, shape and progress complex consulting and technology opportunities
- Strong understanding of how AI, GenAI, data and automation can deliver tangible business value
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, data and AI
- Strong commercial capability, including pipeline development, new business, deal conversion and account growth
- Experience across underwriting and/or reinsurance would be advantageous
