Location: London, United Kingdom (Flexible hybrid working 3 Days in the office each week)

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- Essential Energy & Infrastructure experience
- Strong professional experience within the Energy & Infrastructure sector, gained through consulting, technology services and/or industry roles.
- Demonstrable understanding of the E&I industry landscape, business models, operating environments and key transformation priorities.
- Experience advising Energy & Infrastructure clients on digital, data, AI and/or technology-led transformation.
- Established credibility engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders within E&I, with the ability to connect industry challenges to practical transformation solutions.
- Proven experience identifying, shaping and progressing complex consulting and technology opportunities within the Energy & Infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of how AI, GenAI, data, automation and digital technologies can be applied to improve operational performance, decision-making, customer outcomes and business value within E&I.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary solutioning teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, data, AI and delivery.
- Strong commercial capability, with experience contributing to pipeline development, revenue growth, deal conversion and account expansion.
