Role Overview
I’m looking for an exceptional individual (or a small team) to become an early part of my journey and help build a global personal brand alongside multiple AI and fintech ventures.
Background
Over the last four years, I’ve documented almost every major milestone of my life—from moving from India to London for my Master’s in Computer Science, travelling across the UK and Europe, becoming a Lecturer at the University of East London, receiving the UEL Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year award, building multiple startups, attending events, meeting founders, and capturing hundreds of hours of raw footage.
The problem?
Almost none of it has been published.
I’m looking for someone who can transform years of content into a world-class digital presence using creativity, storytelling, AI, and marketing.
What You’ll Do
- 🎥 Review and organise hundreds of hours of raw video footage
- ✂️ Create cinematic YouTube videos, documentaries, vlogs, podcasts, and short-form content
- 🤖 Build AI-powered editing workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, FFmpeg, Whisper, or similar platforms
- 📱 Manage and grow our presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and TikTok
- 📝 Write engaging captions, scripts, newsletters and thought leadership content
- 📅 Plan and execute content calendars and launch campaigns
- 📈 Analyse performance metrics and continuously improve engagement, reach and audience growth
- 🚀 Develop long-term marketing strategies for my personal brand and businesses

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
- Video Editing & Storytelling
- Social Media Management
- Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- AI Automation & Content Workflows
- Graphic Design & Motion Graphics
- YouTube Growth & SEO
- Copywriting & Content Strategy
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Midjourney, Photoshop or similar platforms is highly desirable.
