AI Content Operations Manager
We’re looking for an AI Content Operations Manager to help transform how multilingual marketing content is created, localised and quality-controlled across European markets.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. The focus is on building the systems, workflows and AI processes that allow high-quality marketing content to be produced at scale.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, content and technology, helping move content production away from heavily manual processes towards a more automated, AI-led model.
The role
You’ll take ownership of how content gets created across web, CRM, performance marketing and other customer channels.
Working with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and wider content platforms, you’ll design and develop AI workflows that generate, translate and quality-check marketing copy across multiple European markets.
You’ll identify where manual processes can be improved or automated, build the solution and then help embed the new way of working across the wider marketing and creative teams.
There will still be a creative element to the role. You’ll need strong commercial marketing instincts and be comfortable developing campaign hooks, propositions, subject lines and performance headlines when required.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining AI workflows, prompts, projects and automations for marketing content.
- Developing automated processes for content generation, translation and quality assurance.
- Improving the consistency of brand tone and messaging across different markets.
- Identifying inefficient or manual content processes and designing better ways of working.
- Working closely with marketing, creative, SEO and technology teams.
- Developing frameworks, documentation and guidelines around AI content production.
- Supporting multilingual content across French, Spanish and potentially Italian markets.
- Helping teams adopt AI tools effectively through training and knowledge sharing.
- Measuring improvements in areas such as content production time, cost and quality.
- Supporting campaign messaging, CRM subject lines, performance headlines and propositions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
