About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
We are seeking an experienced AI Copilot Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance employee productivity, automate business processes, and improve user experiences across the organisation. You will work in a dynamic environment where every team member is an equity partner in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Build conversational AI applications, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop integrations between Copilot solutions and enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and business applications.
- Create and optimise prompts, orchestration flows, and AI interactions to improve accuracy and user experience.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements.
- Implement monitoring, testing, and governance controls for AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners throughout delivery.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational support materials.

Your Profile
- Proven experience developing Generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services.
- Experience building conversational AI or chatbot solutions.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Strong software development skills using one or more languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and AI optimisation practices.
- Experience implementing secure, scalable, and supportable AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI engineer who combines strong software development skills with practical experience delivering Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot solutions in enterprise environments. They will be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, translating requirements into AI-powered solutions, and driving innovation while ensuring security, governance, and operational excellence.
