Permanent or Fixed Term Contract

UK / Remote - Must have UK Right to Work

I'm proud to be working with and supporting Nexa Talent Labs in growing their talent database — helping connect strong AI, Cyber Security and Technology professionals with quality, long-term career opportunities.

About Nexa Talent Labs

A specialist recruitment partner focused on permanent hiring, clear qualification and structured delivery. We combine human insight with process discipline to create predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes — we focus on quality hires rather than volume, and work as a long-term partner, not a transactional agency.

What we're building

We're growing our network of strong AI, Cyber Security and Technology professionals across the UK, ready to connect you with the right opportunities as they come up — rather than a single advertised role, this is about getting on our radar for genuinely well-qualified positions with real hiring intent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
