AI & Data Analytics Consultant
The AI & Data Analytics Consultant serves as the strategic liaison between business leaders and the Data Analytics organization. This role partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for data-driven decision making, and design solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities.
The successful candidate will act as an evangelist for the Data Analytics team, promoting the value of AI and analytics, shaping business demand, and translating complex business problems into practical and scalable analytical solutions. The role combines consulting, stakeholder management, innovation, and analytics expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Consulting
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AI and analytics engagements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand business goals, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI use cases.
- Develop business cases that demonstrate value, ROI, and expected outcomes.
AI & Analytics Evangelism
- Champion the capabilities of the Data Analytics team across the organization.
- Educate stakeholders on the potential of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and data visualization.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve decision-making, customer experiences, operational efficiency, risk management, or revenue growth.
- Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies.
- Present success stories, use cases, and innovation roadmaps to executive audiences.
Solution Design & Opportunity Assessment
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for:
- Predictive analytics
- Forecasting and risk modeling
- Customer and behavioral analytics
- AI-assisted decision support
- Automation and intelligent workflows
- Executive reporting and business intelligence
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and product teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Define success metrics, business requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Influence senior leaders and drive alignment around analytics initiatives.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Manage a pipeline of AI and analytics opportunities across business units.
- Facilitate prioritization of initiatives based on strategic value and feasibility.

- Monitor emerging AI technologies, analytics trends, and industry best practices.
- Identify innovative approaches that can create competitive advantage.
- Recommend new methodologies, tools, and capabilities to enhance the organization's analytical maturity.
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in analytics consulting, business intelligence, data science, strategy consulting, or related fields.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering business value through analytics and technology initiatives.
- Experience translating business requirements into analytical or AI solutions.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
- Machine Learning concepts and applications
- Predictive and descriptive analytics

- Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
