Connect to your Industry

Do you want to be at the heart of some of the biggest and most ambitious AI & Data projects? How do you make intelligent, future-proof decisions in a world where change is the one constant? That's exactly what you'll help our clients to do. You'll build trusted relationships with business stakeholders - and use the most exciting new technologies available - to create data-driven programmes that transform their organisations. Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

Are you a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data and a track record in delivering impactful data or AI solutions? Do you thrive on solving complex business challenges and leading projects within a dynamic, client-facing environment? We are seeking to hire AI & Data Architects to join our Strategy, Governance and Architecture (SG&A) team within our Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) offering at Deloitte.

A well-designed data solution architecture sits at the core of our clients’ strategy to enable the effective deployment of advanced analytics and AI models to gain competitive advantage in their respective industries and deliver better products and services to their customers. Whether it is designing a modern data solution architecture blueprint, defining a data model, or translating business requirements for data storage and consumption, we need the very best people to join us and strengthen our team even further. That is where you come in.

Your role

We are looking for Data Architects to work with clients and other Deloitte teams across both advisory and delivery capacities, delivering large and complex initiatives across multiple functional groups in a high-demand environment. You may be in your early data & technology career, or have already accumulated some experience as a data or AI architect. But regardless of your level of experience, you are an exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease. You have a strong ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, leveraging the strengths of others to achieve common goals. You are outcome-focused and have a desire to be pragmatic in your approach to designing and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role, you may be expected to:

  • Work with senior architect(s) in defining and designing end-to-end architectures for AI & data solutions that will shape our clients’ future, support their business needs and strategic objectives
  • Develop solution proof of concepts to prove the business value of proposed AI and data solutions
  • Work with client stakeholders to define a ‘common language for data’, so that data across the organisation can be interpreted and used consistently and efficiently for required purposes
  • Contribute to assessing the as-is solution and suggesting target solution architectures leveraging your expertise in Data & AI/Analytics tools and Cloud technologies
  • Support the creation of strategic roadmaps for Data & AI capabilities required to support the clients’ AI ambition
  • Contribute to client project delivery by owning one or more deliverable(s) and ensuring commercially successful conclusion of the client engagements
  • Work with on-shore and off-shore development teams, potentially managing their workloads, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment to meet project deadlines within an Agile environment
  • Continue developing architecture skills through ‘on the job’ training and formal development programmes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
