About the job

At Neuracore, we believe robots should learn the way people do: by watching, practising and improving. That's why we've built the cloud platform for robot learning, giving robotics teams the infrastructure to collect data, train models and deploy them onto real robots. Every one of those models starts with data, and we're growing the team that creates it.

About The Role

As an AI Data Collector, you won't just control robots. You'll teach them. You'll teleoperate robots through real-world tasks, following clear procedures to generate the high-quality data used to train AI models. You'll work hands-on with physical robots every day, and you'll help label and organise the data you collect so it's ready for training.

This role is for people who are patient, creative and persistent, who bring good energy to a team, and who like finding a way to make things work. No degree, coding or robotics background is required; full training is provided. If you can pick up a controller and master a new game, we'll teach you the rest. This is a fully on-site contract role at our [Location] office. It's hands-on work that involves standing, regular movement and interaction with physical hardware, and some tasks are repetitive by design, because consistency is what makes great training data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Teleoperate robots through hands-on tasks such as picking, placing and sorting objects, with care and consistency.
  • Repeat tasks precisely to build reliable, high-quality datasets.
  • Reset workspaces between runs and keep equipment ready to go.
  • Label and organise the data you collect.
  • Spot when something goes wrong (a missed grab, an unexpected movement, a glitch) and flag it to the team.
  • Suggest better ways of working, directly to the engineers who build the system.
  • Work side by side with engineers and researchers, sharing what you see and learn.

We're Looking For:

  • Video game experience. This is the one must-have, because good controller skills transfer straight to robot control.
  • Patience. Great data comes from doing things carefully, again and again.
  • Creativity. Robots don't always cooperate, so you'll need to think on your feet.
  • Persistence. When something isn't working, you find a way to make it work.
  • Optimism. You bring good energy, even on the fiddly days.
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with others.
  • Just finished your A-levels and wondering what's next? Or looking for a way into AI and robotics without going to university? This is a real foot in the door.
