The Role

The AI Data & Insights Officer is responsible for turning WWE's business data into reliable insight, reusable intelligence and measurable value. Working within Agent Factory, you will ensure that AI agents, automations and decision-makers can access accurate, well-structured and actionable information.

You will work across Salesforce, event platforms, marketing systems, operational tools and AI knowledge sources to improve data quality, build analytical capabilities, support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), identify commercial opportunities and measure the performance of deployed agents.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role at the intersection of data analysis, business intelligence, AI enablement and commercial decision-making.

This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.

Responsibilities

Data & Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain datasets, models and insights that support AI agents and business decision-making.
  • Consolidate, cleanse and structure information from Salesforce, event platforms, marketing systems and operational tools.
  • Define practical data-quality, metadata and governance standards for information used by Agent Factory.
  • Identify trends, risks and commercial or operational opportunities within WWE datasets.
  • Support secure, reliable data flows between approved systems and agent solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
