Data and AI are reshaping industries. Our Data Science Team is expanding to meet client demand. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to deliver transformative outcomes using Agentic & Generative AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics.
Your Role
You’ll play a pivotal part in:
- Delivering end-to-end complex projects: Lead Agentic & Generative AI, Data Science, and Analytics initiatives, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met from concept to implementation.
- Inspiring transformative impact: Demonstrating how AI, data science, and innovation can unlock business value for clients.
- Designing and scaling AI solutions: Collaborate with architecture and platform teams to build high-performance, scalable AI systems.
- Mentoring and driving excellence: Develop junior data science consultants,encouraging technical proficientcy and adherence to delivery standards.
- Contributing to Capgemini’s growth: Participate in proposals, RFPs, pitches, bid development, and strategic direction alongside managing client engagements.
You’ll also have opportunities to grow personally and professionally through:
Business Development
- Leading/contributing to proposals, RFP & bid submissions
- Develop pitch presentations, client-facing campaigns
- Hosting clients at events, sculpting customer relationships
Internal Contribution
- Campaign and think-tank participation
- Writing whitepapers and practice documents
- Supporting team operations, recruitment, and events

Your Profile
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with:
- Proven experience in Data Science, Agentic & Generative AI, and Analytics—spanning statistical modelling, Natural Language Processing (NLP), time-series, spatial analytics, and mathematical modelling.
- demonstrable track record of leading complex projects throughout the ML lifecycle, with a consulting or industry background delivering end-to-end client engagements.
- A growth mindset: brimming with analytical rigor, collaboration, and communication—able to articulate insights compellingly across diverse stakeholders.
- Domain expertise paired with AI innovation: transforming client challenges into measurable business value.
- Proactive business development mindset: actively seeking opportunities, contributing to restitution & pitching strategies, and supporting others’ career growth.
Essential Technical Knowledge
Impactful work requires familiarity with:
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Databricks
- Languages: Python, R, or PySpark
- Agentic & Generative AI Tech: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Adept AI, UiPath, GPT-5 Agents, Beam AI
- MLOps & DevOps: production-grade AI deploying principles
