🚀 AI / Data Science | Early-Stage FinTech | London | Up to £90k + Equity
Oliver Bernard have recently partnered with an early-stage London FinTech currently securing their pre-seed funding round, and they’re looking for an AI/Data Science hire to join right at the start of their growth journey.
This is a chance to join a small, high-trust team where you’ll have genuine ownership over how AI is built and deployed.
🧠 What you’ll be working on You’ll own the extraction and matching layer, working with highly unstructured financial data.

- Building production-first ML systems
They’re AI-native by design, viewing LLMs as infrastructure rather than a feature bolted onto an existing product.
👤 What they’re looking for
- 3+ years shipping applied ML/AI systems into production
- Strong Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production
- Experience building evaluation harnesses/infrastructure
- Background in FinTech, LegalTech, Insurance or another highly regulated environment
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating structure
- Production engineering mindset, this isn't a research or analytics role
