About this Role

We are seeking an AI & Data Service Catalogue Lead to own and industrialise Vodafone’s AI and Data Service Catalogue as the single trusted source for AI and Data services across markets and functions. This role is responsible for ensuring services are standardised, customer-centric, commercially transparent and governed throughout their lifecycle, enabling consistent adoption and predictable outcomes at scale.

Acting as the commercial engine of the AI & Data Service Tower, the role translates complex AI and Data capabilities into clear, requestable and repeatable services that customers can understand, consume and derive value from. Working closely with strategy, architecture, delivery, commercial and market stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive catalogue standardisation, pricing governance, service lifecycle management and the design of new customer-ready service offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Own the AI and Data Service Catalogue as the single source of consumable services across the AI & Data Service Tower.
  • Define and maintain service standardisation, packaging models and consumption approaches to support scalability and consistency.
  • Drive service catalogue adoption across markets and business functions through clear, customer-focused service definitions.
  • Own pricing logic, business case alignment and commercial transparency for catalogue services.
  • Establish and maintain pricing benchmarks and value-based propositions to support informed customer decision-making.
  • Manage the full service lifecycle, including service launch, enhancement, documentation, governance and decommissioning.
  • Ensure catalogue information remains accurate, complete and aligned to delivery capabilities and portfolio priorities.
  • Design and shape new catalogue-led AI and Data services that align with strategic priorities, architecture standards and operational realities.
  • Collaborate with delivery, commercial and market teams to ensure service definitions are practical, scalable and consistently executed.
  • Act as the primary owner of catalogue communication, ensuring services are clearly positioned with defined purpose, request pathways, expectations and measurable value.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align service strategy, pricing, demand and delivery outcomes across the organisation.
  • Reduce service duplication, bespoke delivery requests and catalogue-related inefficiencies through standardised offerings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
