About Godel

Godel is an AI transformation company focused on helping organisations industrialise innovation and unlock competitive advantage through agentic technology. As an AI-native business, Godel is on a mission to enable its partners to become AI-native too — embedding intelligence, automation and scalability at the core of their operations.

  • Scale and heritage. 20+ years and 1,400 people across the UK, Poland, Lithuania and Bulgaria. Manchester headquarters with London working space. Privately owned and UK-headquartered.
  • AI credentials. 100+ certified architects and 1000+ trained AI engineers across the business, and a brand-new go-to-market built on a market-leading agentic engineering offering.
  • Momentum and clients. A record FY25 for new business. Partners include Naked Wines, AO.com, Stagecoach, and Reed.co.uk.

About the role

As a UK-based AI and Data Transformation Specialist, you will work across both presales and postsales, driving adoption of AI Data platforms, Agentic Business Workflows and Intelligent Apps to drive customer transformation — from the start of an engagement and throughout its lifecycle. You will run ideation sessions with customer stakeholders, uncover the business use cases that matter most to them, and turn early art-of-the-possible conversations into initiatives that stick and grow.

This is a role for someone with a solid grounding in AI and Data who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, consulting and commercial impact — working closely with both Sales and Delivery to turn opportunity into adoption. You will bring enough experience to be credible in front of customer stakeholders from day one, while continuing to develop deeper AI and Data specialism as the role and the market evolve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you will be accountable for

  • Driving adoption of AI and Data initiatives across new and existing customers, from first engagement through to embedded, ongoing use.
  • Running ideation sessions with customer stakeholders to uncover and shape business use cases for AI Data platforms, Agentic Business Workflows and Intelligent Apps.
  • Supporting sales pitches from a business perspective — presenting Godel's AI and Data proposition, answering stakeholder questions, and helping build the case for change.
  • Understanding and capturing clients' requirements and expectations and passing them clearly to the supporting technical team.
  • Working closely with the Sales team throughout the deal, then staying engaged with Delivery post-sale to support and accelerate adoption.
  • Creating client-facing materials — proposals, workshop outputs and adoption plans — that are clear, well-structured and persuasive.
  • Building stakeholder relationships that continue beyond the sale, spotting the next use case and the next opportunity as trust grows.

The ideal candidate

This role is less technically deep than a traditional presales position, with more emphasis on a strong mix of technical fluency and commercial acumen. We are looking for someone with a proven grounding in AI and Data and some client-facing or commercial exposure, who is ready to take on a broader, more consultative remit.

Background and experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • A solid technology background, with demonstrable experience in AI and/or Data — gained through a consulting or similar client- or business-facing role.
  • Some prior experience in a client-facing, sales-support or stakeholder-facing capacity, even if not in a formal presales title.
  • Experience with business analysis-type work — identifying business problems, mapping processes, or translating needs into requirements.

Skills and approach

  • Curious and consultative: skilled at asking questions to uncover the real business problem behind a stated requirement.
  • Confident holding a meeting room and facilitating a discussion or ideation session with senior stakeholders present.
  • A working understanding of sales processes and pitches, and how presales and postsales activity fits together across a deal.
  • Strong, plain-English written and verbal communication, with the confidence to represent Godel's AI and Data proposition.
  • A genuine desire to keep developing deeper AI and Data specialism as the role and the market evolve.

What drives you

  • Motivated by seeing your work directly influence deals won and adoption achieved, with commission forming part of a wider reward package.
  • Enjoys working closely with both Sales and Delivery teams, and being the connective tissue between the two.
  • Comfortable in a role that is still being shaped, and enjoys helping build the process and structure around it as you go.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, consulting or presales-adjacent role.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT in a professional capacity.
  • A relevant degree or certification in a technology, data or business discipline.
  • Experience with workshop facilitation or design-thinking techniques.

Location and working pattern

  • UK resident with existing right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Office, home or hybrid work, with travel to client sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice.
  • Occasional travel to Poland and Lithuania to work with our analysis and delivery teams, and working overlap with colleagues in Central and Eastern European time zone.
