Job Vacancy: AI Delivery Coach

We are thrilled to offer an exciting contract job opportunity to join our esteemed client in the Asset Management industry, as an Artificial Intelligence Delivery Coach. This is a spectacular opportunity to take a leading role in steering the groundbreaking AI initiatives within a dynamically evolving sector.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate AI project delivery using a structured methodology to ensure objectives are clearly defined and met.
  • Provide coaching and support to the IT department to enhance understanding and implementation of AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers and technical teams, to align project strategies and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to guarantee timely and successful delivery.
  • Organize training and development sessions to boost the skills of team members across the ongoing and upcoming AI projects.

  • Proven experience as a Development Manager in IT projects, preferably in an Asset Management environment.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence application and management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
