About SapienAI
SapienAI is Europe's fastest-growing pure-play Anthropic partner, AI-native from day one and built on 15 years of business change and technology consulting experience.
We help ambitious organisations put Claude to work on the use cases that actually deliver business value: activating an everyday AI partner for their people in Cowork, accelerating their engineers with Claude Code, and building agentic solutions that reinvent how day-to-day work gets done. We move fast, because most of our clients don't have the patience for a two-year transformation programme, and neither do we.
We don't stop at the technology. We co-build alongside our Customers as trusted advisors, embedded in their teams, and we help them manage the people side of AI adoption. That's what enablement means to us: building the AI fluency and confidence that translates into smarter people, smarter processes, and transformative products for our Customers.
About the Role
As an AI Delivery Lead at SapienAI, you'll own the full lifecycle of AI engagements that change how our customers build and run their businesses. You're the single accountable lead throughout, from ideation and activation through to enablement and ongoing innovation.
This isn't a traditional project management role. You're the trusted advisor customer sponsors and executives come to, working alongside our team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to make sure an engagement genuinely shifts how the customer works with Claude, not just that it finishes on time.
You'll typically be running several engagements at once. Across them, you'll manage our FDEs day to day and oversee the training and enablement that gets customer teams comfortable with Claude. You'll help them think through governance and risk as adoption grows, and work with them on where the next use case should come from.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities
AI Delivery
- Run one or more concurrent engagements, keeping each one on track against its plan, budget and timeline
- Facilitate the discovery and scoping sessions that turn a customer's ideas into a defined plan the FDEs can work from
- Manage our FDEs day to day, unblocking them and keeping quality consistent across engagements
- Raise risks and issues early, with a clear owner and a route to resolution
- Present progress to Customers, translating what's been built into terms their executives can act on
- Coach and develop our FDEs as the team grows
AI Adoption and Enablement
- Oversee the training and enablement that gets customer teams genuinely comfortable using Claude, Claude Code and Cowork
- Oversee the people and change side of AI adoption
- Help customers put sensible governance and risk practices in place as their use of Claude grows
- Build relationships across the customer organisation, from the teams doing the work to the executives sponsoring it
AI Growth and Innovation
- Identify where the next phase of use cases should come from, and work with our Sales team to shape them
- Keep customers current on what's newly possible with Claude, so their roadmap moves as the technology does
- Act as a consultative partner as customers' AI maturity grows, staying with them well beyond a single engagement
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years in delivery, programme or project management within a technology consulting environment, owning customer engagements end to end.
- Experience running several engagements at once, with the organisation to keep them all moving and the judgement to know which one needs you most.
- Agile project methodology experience
- Confidence facilitating workshops and presenting to a room, and clarity in how you write and speak, turning technical concepts into simple business-friendly explanations
- Experience leading the people and change side of a technology rollout, not just the delivery plan
- Experience helping customers put governance and risk practices in place around new technology
- The instinct to spot problems before they surface, and to turn up with options rather than just the problem
- A demonstrable interest in AI, whether through personal projects, self-directed learning or hands-on use, along with an awareness of how quickly the industry is moving
- Comfort working at pace in an agile environment where priorities change, and real excitement about helping us scale a business in its early stages
- You have completed the following Anthropic Academy modules:
- Introduction to Agent Skills
- Building with the Claude API
- Introduction to Model Context Protocol
- Claude Code in Action
