About the Role
This is your opportunity to be the engine of Greenpark’s AI transformation. As AI Delivery Lead, you’ll anchor our AI rollout within Operations, directly reporting to the Operations Director who oversees the broader programme.
Why this role? You’ll merge operational oversight with hands-on delivery, not just track progress but drive action—shaping rollout plans with practical workflows, spotlighting value, and driving adoption across the business. Ideal for a builder-builder; working alongside AI champions in different departments to bridge the gap between teams’ needs and AI’s potential.
What You’ll Do
- Co-own the AI rollout strategy Partner with the Operations Director to craft the vision, sequence priorities, and execute delivery—no一日流程記錄 (checklist) administration here, just impactful output.
- Build real-world AI agents and workflows Prototype agents and practical workflows in platforms like Claude, Make (formerly Integromat), or n8n that solve active business problems—these solutions will serve as future templates across teams.
- Be the agency’s authority on AI’s next frontier Spot opportunities before teamsrealise them—translate potential into practical workflows, and be the voice that persuades teams to act.
- Act as the ‘ears’ in each department Work closely with AI champions in each team to uncover their needs, validate problems, and feedsthiscount into development.
- Design ‘sticky’ enablement services Train teams, create playbooks, and run hands-on sessions that change workflows—not just passive demos. Intention: permanent behaviour shifts.
- Anticipate and vet new AI tools/tools Evaluate emerging technologies/capabilities, perform proof-of-concepts, and deliver a clear, pragmatic recommendation to the team on what’s ripe for adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
