Join us as an AI Delivery Manager for NatWest Boxed
Joining a highly collaborative team, this is a unique opportunity to make a difference to our internal teams, our customers, and the bank.
You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution by ensuring messages, directives, and strategic ambitions of the Leadership Team are clearly distributed across the business.
You’ll manage stakeholders across the Bank and externally to understand AI developments and best practice outside of the immediate business.
What you'll do
As the Lead Delivery Manager for the Boxed AI Programme, you will own the end-to-end execution, delivery governance, and operational shape of Boxed’s AI initiatives. Working at the intersection of AI strategy, cross-functional delivery teams, and executive leadership, you will drive delivery momentum, untangle complex dependencies, and maintain rigorous reporting across the portfolio.
You’ll also:
- Own the overall programme management and delivery roadmap for the Boxed AI programme, continually shaping execution plans to align with broader AI strategy and organizational goals.
- Lead the overarching delivery management of the AI Learning & Development rollout in close collaboration with L&D teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and capability building across the business.
- Drive internal AI engagement and knowledge sharing across the organization by orchestrating regular AI Show & Tells and actively collaborating with AI Champions to foster adoption and best practices.
- Drive end-to-end reporting across the entire AI programme. Maintain the master view of all internal efficiency and customer-facing AI use cases, tracking milestones, performance metrics, and benefit cases.
- Actively identify and manage cross-programme dependencies, unblock technical and operational friction points, and surface critical prioritization trade-offs to leadership.
- Own the AI Steering Group rhythm, orchestrating high-quality ExCo and C-suite briefing decks, capturing governance decisions, and holding action owners accountable.
- Work closely with delivery squads and domain leads to quantify efficiency gains, eliminate overlapping efforts, and maintain delivery standards across both internal and external AI initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
