Job Description

AI Delivery Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Delivery Specialist to join our team and help turn business opportunities into practical, scalable AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience across CPM.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience. You’ll also enjoy a generous holiday package, pension plan, life assurance, and access to the Peppy & DIGICARE+ health and wellbeing app.

Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14

Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office minimum

You’ll play a key role across the full AI delivery lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions through to building, testing, deploying, and supporting adoption. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop solutions that address real business challenges and deliver measurable value.

Using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and other AI platforms, you’ll build AI agents, automations, workflows, and knowledge bases. You’ll also help optimise existing solutions, improve prompts, and troubleshoot issues to ensure our AI capabilities remain effective, user-friendly, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure AI agents, automations, workflows, and other AI solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support workshops, and demonstrate solutions.
  • Coordinate solution testing with users and stakeholders before deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, processes, and guidance.
  • Improve existing AI solutions to increase performance, adoption, and business value.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end users.
  • Assess solution options, considering quality, usability, reusability, governance, and commercial impact.
  • Identify and escalate security, governance, and responsible AI risks.
  • Keep up to date with emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Share knowledge and support continuous improvement across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
