Referment is working with an AI software company whose products support research and due-diligence teams in investment and professional-services firms. The business is hiring an AI Deployment Lead to guide large customer rollouts, build trusted stakeholder relationships and make sure new technology becomes part of day-to-day work.
This role sits between customer success, product and change delivery. You’ll understand how consultants and investors work under pressure, turn that context into practical deployment plans, and represent customer needs to the product team.
The Role
- Own relationships with senior customer stakeholders through onboarding, adoption and ongoing feedback.
- Plan and execute global AI deployments covering large user populations.
- Co-design and deliver training suited to customer workflows.
- Use adoption and satisfaction data to improve usage, retention and customer outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into clear product feedback and priorities.
- Help establish the operating processes of a growing customer-success function.

What We're Looking For
- At least two years in consulting or private equity, or three or more years in customer success, product or data analytics within a startup or scale-up.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence with senior clients.
- Excellent prioritisation, responsiveness and operational follow-through.
- A data-led approach to customer analysis, with enough SQL knowledge to run basic queries.
- Practical experience using large language models and advanced prompting in professional workflows.
