AI Deployment Lead
UK remote - offices in London, Northampton and Manchester (commutable distance preferred for occasional visits)
Paying up to £65k

We're partnering with a global logistics & supply chain organisation investing heavily in AI, automation and digital transformation. As part of a growing AI function, they're looking for an AI Deployment Lead to drive the successful rollout, adoption and business impact of AI products across the organisation.
This is a highly visible role sitting between technology and the business. You'll work with senior stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are successfully deployed, embraced by end users and delivering measurable value.

The Role
- Lead the deployment of AI products from planning and readiness through to go-live and post-launch support
- Partner with Technology, Product, Security and Business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Develop training materials, user enablement programmes and adoption strategies
- Drive change management activities to encourage engagement and long-term usage
- Measure adoption, utilisation and business impact of AI solutions
- Help establish repeatable deployment frameworks and best practices for future AI initiatives

What They're Looking For
- Experience delivering enterprise software, AI, SaaS or digital transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience driving user adoption, training or organisational change initiatives
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation or data-driven products
- Comfortable working across multiple business functions within complex organisations
