AI & Digital Training Specialist

A large professional services firm is growing its AI and digital capability and needs someone to help their people actually use it with confidence.

This is a training role, not a technical build role. You’ll teach AI literacy, responsible use and prompting, run hands-on workshops on creating AI agents, and coach colleagues across different departments. You’ll also support wider IT training like Microsoft 365, create guides, videos and eLearning, and build a network of champions so the learning sticks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver AI literacy and responsible AI training programmes.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on prompt engineering and AI-assisted working.
  • Support the adoption of AI tools, AI agents and digital technologies.
  • Partner with business teams to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual and digital learning content.
  • Provide coaching, adoption support and guidance during technology change initiatives.
  • Deliver training across Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications.
  • Monitor learning outcomes and continuously enhance training effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
