The Addleshaw Goddard IT Training Team is a key resource supporting 3,200+ employees globally. As the Firm continues to grow and invest in AI and digital capability, we are looking for an AI & Digital Training Specialist to join our dynamic, customer-focused team.
In this role, you will lead practical learning on AI literacy, responsible use, effective prompting, AI agent skills and productivity improvement. You will also support wider IT training priorities, including Microsoft 365, in-house applications and project-specific solutions, helping colleagues become proficient and confident in the technologies they use daily.
You will need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively, able to build trusted relationships across the Firm and enthusiastic about helping people develop practical, sustainable digital skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead structured AI learning for colleagues across roles and confidence levels, covering AI literacy, opportunities, limitations, responsible use, information handling and human oversight in clear, practical terms.
- Deliver specialist coaching on effective prompting and AI-assisted working, helping colleagues give context, define outcomes, refine responses and check output quality.
- Design role-based learning materials, exercises and self-service resources, including guidance, quick reference tools, videos and eLearning that support safe and effective practice.
- Provide hands-on training on the creation, configuration and use of AI agents, including purpose, instructions, knowledge sources, testing, boundaries and review requirements.
- Partner with departments to identify capability gaps, adoption barriers and practical use cases, then develop tailored learning plans, workshops and support.
- Deliver inclusive learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, blended and self-directed formats, maintaining high-quality materials, records and continuous improvement through feedback and impact monitoring.
- Support wider IT training and change initiatives, including Microsoft 365 and business systems, through training delivery, user adoption support, coaching and cross-team collaboration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
