We are hiring for AI Discovery & Demand Manager (SC Cleared)
Location: London - Hybrid / 1 day Per week in Office
- Experience in demand management, portfolio management, or pipeline management within a complex organisation.
- Experience designing and managing structured intake, discovery, and governance processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform ambiguous business needs into actionable, evidence-based problem statements.
- Experience applying prioritisation frameworks to support strategic investment decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working across business engagement, strategy, insights, and delivery functions.
- Strong reporting, governance, and process improvement capabilities.
